• Talent Acquisition Services is retained by employers. We are pre-paid for our services, by the employers. Candidates pay nothing.
  
  
• Talent Acquisition Services is often asked to rate the resumes, so we may ask for additional information.
  
  
• Talent Acquisition Services does not send unsolicited resumes. We will not forward your resume to an employer without your knowledge and permission.
  
  
• We respond to every resume to confirm receipt and inform you when the position is filled. Also, we provide information to you about the employer, and about employment topics.
  
  
• Submit your resume for advertised positions, with one of our client companies.
