Post & Present 

Talent Acquisition Services will work with you to identify and define your open positions, including key responsibilities, skill requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and salient key words.

We develop, edit, place and review multiple help wanted ads, placed on both commercial and free Internet sites.  We determine appropriate Internet sites for placement and update sites and postings as necessary to assure adequate exposure. Typical placements include the internet sites for Talent Acquisition Services, Monster.com, Headhunter.net, Recruiters On-Line, Diversilink, Minority Job Bank, Advancing Woman, Career Mosaic, American Jobs, JobTrak, DBM, Andersen Consulting, other outplacement firm bulletin boards, and numerous Usenet sites. The Usenet sites require frequent updating. 

This service includes our receipt and acknowledgement of ad responses, via email, fax, or postal mail. As responses come in various forms and in various conditions, we will also format all responses for ease of viewing.

A well-managed Internet ad campaign can produce a flurry of applicants, arriving in numerous formats and with a broad range of credentials. Often, the sheer volume is daunting.

Post and Present assures that The Best Are Presented First.  Using your criteria, we rank the resumes, documented on an Excel spreadsheet. Ranking is time-consuming, requiring the assessment skills of an experienced recruiter.

The spreadsheet allows you to provide relative emphasis to various criteria-even to change this weighting if the position specifications waver-and still have the best candidates on top by a simple sort.

This ranking service can save you many hours of resume processing, allowing you to focus on your best prospects.

The fee for this service is $3000 plus the costs of the commercial sites. We offer a discount, to $2500 per position, where we advertise substantially similar positions with the same hiring manager.

Screen & Present

This mid-level service assures you of consistent information, such as compensation levels, schooling information, etc. for each resume. Potential candidates are asked to provide additional information, if necessary.

The fee for this service is the $3,000 per posting plus a success fee of 10% of the first year's salary for each successful hire, plus reimbursement of out-of-pocket costs.

Assess & Present

The top candidates, as determined by resume ranking, are phone interviewed and the presentations include written phone interview assessments. Talent Acquisition Services will assist with each candidacy, providing intermediary feedback, reference checks, scheduling assistance, and degree confirmations. This service is in addition to the all the services outlined above.

The fee for this service is the $3,000 per posting plus a contingency success fee of 20% of the first year's salary for each successful hire, plus reimbursement of out-of-pocket costs.

Search, Recruit and Present

This is pro-active recruiting, beyond advertising’s invitation to apply. We identify potential targets often people who work for your competitors, and people with specific training and experience. We recruit those people, networking with them, aggressively augmenting candidate flow. The presentations include interview notes and judgements, reference checks, confirmation of degrees, and complete resumes.

This option is executive search. In addition to corporations, several of our clients are prominent executive search firms. We charge an hourly consulting fee plus a contingency success fee of 25% of the total first year’s compensation for each successful hire, plus reimbursement of out-of-pocket costs.
